These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use our Services:

• To resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without prior written authorisation

Breach of these acceptable use terms will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our Services. We reserve the right to report any breach to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Prohibited Use Cases

In addition to the general acceptable use terms above, the following specific use cases are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Weapons development: Using any GENŌ Intelligentia product or data to develop, test, or improve any weapon, munition, or lethal system
• Military targeting: Using VisionGuard or any computer vision capability for targeting, strike planning, or battlefield intelligence
• Mass surveillance: Deploying our products to monitor populations at scale without lawful basis, particularly for authoritarian or repressive purposes
• Facial recognition: Augmenting or combining our products with facial recognition systems to identify individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Disinformation operations: Using NewsTrac data or AI-generated content to produce, amplify, or coordinate disinformation campaigns
• Harm to children: Any use of our products that involves, facilitates, or enables harm to minors

These prohibitions apply regardless of the identity of the end user, the stated purpose, the jurisdiction, or the commercial value of the engagement. No exception will be made.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, code, design, graphics, logos, and product documentation — is the intellectual property of GENŌ Intelligentia Limited and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

VisionGuard and NewsTrac are proprietary products of GENŌ Intelligentia Limited. All rights in and to these products, including their underlying software, algorithms, models, and interfaces, are reserved.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GENŌ Intelligentia Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for purpose of our Services.

AI systems — including VisionGuard and NewsTrac — may produce errors, omissions, or outputs that require human review. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs before acting on them. GENŌ Intelligentia accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of automated outputs from our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GENŌ Intelligentia Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GENŌ Intelligentia in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
